Terms and Conditions

Information
All clients are required to provide full details including contact details, full name, and address, date of birth (identification may be required to confirm you are over the age of 18years old).
All clients are expected to complete medical history form at their first appointment and will be reviewed at each appointment within 6 months of your first appointment.
All information is protected in accordance with Data Protection Legislation.
You may choose to be removed from our mailing list at any time, by unsubscribing.

Appointments
Please provide as much notice as possible if you are unable to make an appointment
All appointments booked are only secured with a booking fee of £20 for treatment under £100, and £50 for treatments over £100. Booking fees are to be received either cash or bank transfer within 48hours of booking your appointment. If it is not received within the 48 hours we will have no option but to release the appointment for further clients. Booking Fee’s are non-refundable but can be transferred to another treatment or date if informed 48 hours prior to your appointment.

If you are unwell, please do not attend your appointment, as being unwell can be a contraindication to treatments. If you are unsure please call for advice.

Consultation is advice for all New Clients.
Routine reviews are offered after Anti-wrinkle injection treatments 2 weeks after treatment. If you are unable to attend 2-3 weeks after your treatment, any additional treatment will be at an extra cost.

Payments
The clinic accepts cash, debit card, credit card, and bank transfers.
You will be informed of the full price of treatment before any procedures take place. Booking fee is required to secure your booking with 48 hours. Payments are to be made in full at the time of your treatment. ( Package deals are to paid in full at your first appointment).

All charges are for:
Consultation
Provision of information and advice
Safe treatment
Follow up appointments, aftercare, and support as appropriate
Whilst we thrive in providing an elite service, ethical advice, expert treatment in the hands of experienced practitioners and using only the best products, we can not guarantee your results and cannot offer refunds if the results achieved do not meet your expectations.

No Children Policy
Please be mindful that the Beauty Clinic is not child friendly, due to the treatment types and duration of treatments. Majority of treatments include Needles and Blades, therefore it is not advisable to bring children under the age of 18years of for insurance and legal purposes. All appointments are 45mins-3hours long, meaning you are unable to supervise your children whilst in treatment.

Late Policy
We are an appointment only Clinic and have provided appointment times based on duration of treatment to avoid clients having to wait appointment slots they have secured and paid for. Please be mindful of others and also the quality of your treatment when coming to your appointments.
If you are more than 15 mins late for your appointment we will have no alternative but to rearrange your appointment. We thrive on making sure our clients are seen on time and there is no waiting traffic in the clinic.

No Food Policy
Due to the clinic being an Aesthetics Clinic. We do ask for no Drinks or Food in the Beauty Clinic to enable us to maintain the high standards and clinical environment. Glasses of water can be provided to clients during your visit.
